The role of the Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:
* Project Manager position overseeing a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects
* Managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Carrying out regular site visits across the UK, monitoring progress, resolving issues and providing updates on programme, budgets and resources.
* National travel may be required, visiting project sites to oversee progress, attend meetings and support delivery.
* Managing material procurement and coordinating deliveries to ensure projects run efficiently and without delay.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in line with specifications and programme.
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work is completed to the required quality, health & safety and company standards.
* Responsible for projects ranging from £1k - £1m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems with:
* Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems
* Must have Project Management experience
* Will have understanding of ISO9001 & related regulations
* Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
* Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in
* High levels of organisation
* Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site
* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
