Project Manager - Fit Out - Hybrid / Site Based

The Resolute Group are working with a fast-growing building services contractor to identify a driven and experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of ongoing and upcoming construction projects where they deliver IT upgrades, fibre optic and cable installations.

Position: Project Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Location: Hybrid (3 days WFH) South Yorkshire
Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Project Manager Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the operational delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to budget
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture, taking a visible leadership role in all project environments
• Driving commercial performance by identifying risks, managing change, and maintaining margins
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations

Project Manager - Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Proven project management experience within the construction or building services sector
• Recognised project management qualifications such as Prince2, AMP, or CTPM are desirable
• Full UK driving licence (travel to sites required)
