Project Manager - Fit Out

Our client are specialists within the Fit Out industry and offer bespoke Architectural Glazing Solutions to their clients.

They now seek a Project Manager to come in and join the team. Ideal candidates can be site managers or installation managers looking to make a step up or current Project Managers. This role will see you manage quick turnaround projects valued from £500K to £1.5 Million within the commercial sector. Ideal candidates need to have worked for a subcontractor.

The Chosen candidate will join a long-standing business with a reputable industry name and backing.

Role Responsibilities:

• Project manage and create programmes
  


• Manage site and installation managers
  


• Adhere to project budgets and manage commercials
  


• Build and maintain client relationships
  


• Perform site visits
  

Key Experience:

• Knowledge of glazing systems, partitions, ceilings or joinery
  


• Ability to manage project commercials and budgets
  


• A keen eye for detail
  


• Workplace fit-out, joinery, furniture background advantageous
