MORAN Recruitment are currently working with a leading office fit-out contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Managing CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects for a leading specialist Fit-Out contractor in Manchester.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the commercial or operational delivery associated with the role.
• Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Monitoring programme, cost, quality and contractual performance where applicable.
• Managing key project information, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Supporting the wider business with delivery, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.

About You?

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Construction/Fit-Out industry.
• Relevant experience within the project type or specialist area outlined above.
• Strong commercial or operational understanding.
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Relevant qualifications and professional experience will be considered.
