Project Manager- Global Mobility and Immigration Law firm

A global Law firm, with offices based in London, seek an experienced Project Manager who has used Workday and Assignment Pro, to join their Global Mobility and Immigration team on an initial 12 month FTC.

Hybrid working: 3 in 2 from home

Location: City of London

Salary: up to £120,000 + excellent benefits

This is a maternity cover role and the successful candidate will be required to continue implementing Workday and Assignment Pro, which will then be integrated with 3E. The key focus will then be maintaining the system and providing training to the team and ensuring stakeholders are kept updated.

Key responsibilities:

• Using Assignment Pro for general business tasks, generating reports and streamlining processes
• Working with the GM team to ensure the full integration of their processes in Assignment Pro such as integration with third-party providers and payroll
• Managing GM projects on a global scale ensuring they rum smoothly and meet expectations, collaborating with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plan
• Coordinating and aligning new processes with vendors to ensure process flow, record data management, and assignment reporting are in place
• Creating process guides for internal clients

Key experience required:

• Workday and Assignment Pro
• Experience instructing international assignment compensation, benefits, and payroll, and liaising with tax teams to determine the best tax approach
• Understanding of employee benefits for international assignees in line with local employment regulations
