Project Manager - Heritage/Sports & Leisure

This Project Manager role in London's property industry focuses on overseeing construction projects in the heritage and sports & leisure sectors. You'll ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards for listed buildings and other unique sites.

A London based, private property & construction consultancy who is multi-disciplinary in terms of sector and embrace collaborative working. Non-corporate with an open door policy senior leadership team. Hugely successful in their specialist areas including the Heritage Sector as well as Sports and Leisure - offering variety in terms of sector.

Description

Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
Oversee works on Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, maintaining compliance with heritage requirements.
Also opportunity to work within the Sports and Leisure sector.
Act as the Employer's Agent, providing expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Administer JCT and NEC forms of contract effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing any challenges.
Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and other stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and construction regulations.Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

Strong experience in project management, particularly in construction delivery.
Knowledge of working on heritage projects, including Grade I and Grade II listed buildings.
Familiarity with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Membership of a professional body such as MAPM or MCIOB.Job Offer

Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
