Mechanical and Electrical 

Up to £75,000 Plus Package

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their planned works division on a long term contract.

Projects that are being delivered will are Mechancical and Electrical projects. They will be being delivered to Schools and Universities across London. 

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and leading M&E projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
