Project Manager - Manufacturing & Engineering

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives within a growing engineering and manufacturing business. The role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in supporting the organisation's ongoing growth and success.

Job Title : Project Manager

Salary : £55,000

Location : West Midlands

Duties

Lead and deliver multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project plans, timelines, deliverable, and success measures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources, implementing effective mitigation plans where required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and distribution partners.
Provide clear and concise project updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the enhancement of project management and new product development processes.
Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver successful business outcomes.
Facilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving to ensure projects remain on track and deliver value.
Ensure robust project governance and adherence to established best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in Project Management within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
Experience with Multiple / Large projects.
Excellent stakeholder management experience, building credibility and influencing individuals at all levels of an organisation.
Experience managing project budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverable.
Experience with Continues improvement Process's
Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile.etc.
