Your Role As Project Manager Will Include:

* Going on client meeting and visiting site to make sure everything is running smoothly
* Estimating and tender submissions, pricing up new works
* Monitoring sites and progress of programs, ensuring trades and subbies are completing works

The Successful Project Manager Will Need:

* Professionalism with potential clients to the highest standard
* Skills and knowledge of estimating
* Must have Cscs card, smsts, sssts and knowledge of health and safety
* knowledge of mechanical systems
