Project Manager – Care Homes & Later Living

We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality new build care home and later living developments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable business with a strong pipeline of work and a proven track record of rewarding its employees. The company has achieved its annual profit target for the last five years, resulting in a 10% annual bonus for staff.

The Role

* Manage new build care home and later living projects from inception through to completion.

* Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

* Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the build.

* Monitor programme, quality and commercial performance.

* Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to.

Requirements

* Previous experience delivering new build projects as a Project Manager.

* Main contractor background is essential.

* Experience within care homes, later living, residential or similar sectors would be highly advantageous.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Package

* £65,000 - £80,000 DOE

* £5,000 Car Allowance

* 10% Annual Bonus (paid in April, subject to company profit targets – achieved every year for the last five years)
