This is a predominately remote role, with monthly travel to the Norfolk offices 1-2 days a month.
Both a permanent contract, or 12 month FTC is considered, dependent on the candidate.

Establish and manage project governance, reporting and communication plans. Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID). Coordinate activities across business teams, technology functions, finance and third-party suppliers. Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. Ensure projects deliver agreed objectives, outcomes and business benefits. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and ways of working. Experience Required
Previous experience delivering business, technology or transformation projects. Strong project planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams. Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and dependencies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and drive delivery. Experience working within a matrix organisation would be advantageous. Exposure to ERP, finance or business systems projects would be beneficial. PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar project management qualifications are desirable. Likely to suit someone with several years of project delivery experience who is looking to broaden their impact and accelerate their development.
