About the Role

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a reinforced concrete frame and groundworks project in Peterborough.

The successful candidate will be involved during the pre-construction stage before taking responsibility for the project through delivery. You will oversee the programme, manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with the client and ensure the works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

About the Requirements

* Previous experience leading reinforced concrete frame and civil projects

* Proven experience delivering projects upto the value of £5m

* Confident managing programmes, site teams and subcontractors.

* Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.

* Engineering background would be advantageous.

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
