Location: Liverpool / Manchester
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Project Manager – Residential New Build & Refurbishment

An experienced Project Manager is required to oversee a growing portfolio of residential developments across Liverpool and Manchester.

With 19 live projects currently underway, you'll take responsibility for delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

* Manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.

* Lead site teams and subcontractors.

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

* Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers.

* Monitor quality, commercial performance and programme.

* Produce regular progress reports.

* Drive project delivery and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements

* Proven Project Management experience.

* Residential new build and refurbishment background.

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects.

* SMSTS and CSCS preferred.

* Full UK driving licence.
