Project Manager – Residential Care Homes - Corby HQ

Corby HQ 1 day a week + Nationwide Sites

£60,000 - £70,000

Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects within the care home, social housing, or multi-room sectors, ranging from £10m to £25m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract law and industry standards.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably in the care home, social housing or multi-room sectors

* Willing & Able to travel Nationwide for sites

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within the £10m - £25m range.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Knowledge of contract law and industry best practices.
