Are you a Project Manager from construction looking for an autonomous role to run and co-ordinate large, exciting projects, where you will be offered company bonuses, car allowance and autonomy?

This company is a well-established construction company who work on varied and exciting construction projects with a focus on residential housing projects as well as across a range of industries with projects working on but not limited to; newbuild sites, hospitals, listed buildings and industrial projects. Since their establishment nearly 40 years ago, they have been one of the quickest growing companies in the UK.

This role starts with initially managing a new £13 million timber-framed newbuild residential site in Holyhead, working alongside the contracts manager overseeing the project from start to finish, giving you real ownership of the project. You will be on site in Holyhead daily. You will be responsible for ensuring the project progresses to time and budget constraints.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a residential construction background, looking for a stable role which will offer you bonuses, car allowance and autonomy to run the site to your standards.

The Role

• Managing a residential newbuild project from conception to completion
• Ensure efficiency and project alignment of timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• 7:45am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 4:00pm on Fridays

The Person

• Project Manager from a construction background
• Experience overseeing projects from cradle to grave
• Commutable to Holyhead
