About the Role

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

* Planning and programming works to meet project deadlines

* Managing projects valued between £50,000 and £100,000+

* Overseeing kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and internal refurbishment works

* Monitoring quality, programme and health & safety compliance

* Liaising with clients throughout each project

* Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries

* Managing project costs and reporting progress

* Attending sites across a 30-mile radius of Harrogate

* Ensuring projects are completed within the typical 2-5 week programme
