Project Manager (Retail)

Job Description

We are looking for a

Retail Project Manager . You will be responsible for and lead the delivery of store refurbishment and new store construction projects. A successful candidate should have experience in various types of retail format in the UK and internationally.

To be considered you will need to have a good level of experience managing retail construction projects and providing guidance and leadership to internal and external teams - whether that be clients, design, consultants and contractors.

To be successful, a candidate must have experience delivering high-end fashion retail projects.

About You:
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of both architectural design and construction
Interpersonal skills – excellent communication skills at all levels of the project chain. The ability to be robust where necessary and diplomatic when called for
Exceptional attention to detail
Sensitivity to design and brand

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
