Project Manager ServiceNow Contract Outside IR35

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives within an Energy organisation.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects from initiation through to go-live.
Manage project governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate business, technical, and supplier teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
Drive process improvements and platform adoption across the organisation.
Track project progress and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
Essential Experience
Proven experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
Strong background delivering ServiceNow implementations or enhancement programmes.
ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM project experience.
Knowledge of enterprise systems integration, ideally involving SAP.
Experience managing third-party suppliers and system integrators.
Experience working within regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Transport, or Public Sector.
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
