  • Ensure consistency across Level 1–3 schedules and review contractor rolling plans

  • Deliver against the List of Deliverables (LOD) and apply Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Interface with other programmes to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices

  • Fulfil all contractual obligations and maintain strong working relationships across teams

  • Promote continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are captured and shared

Project Scope & Dimensions

  • Manage contracts valued between £250k and £150m

  • Lead a team of up to 3-4 Assistant Project Managers, plus a matrix team including commercial, procurement, construction management, H&S, and environmental specialists

  • Coordinate with up to 200 contractor staff and multiple external stakeholders

  • Deliver infrastructure including commercial buildings, roads, hardstanding, and utilities

On-Site Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and milestones

  • Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery

  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-profile environment with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
