Project Manager (Software Development/SDLC) X2 - Worthing (Flexible Working)

£60,000 + Permanent benefits

My client is an established utilities organisation looking to recruit 2X project managers to play a vital role in delivering successful IT projects. Looking for someone who have managed SDLC, business application implementations, worked in legacy environments/integrated legacy systems and replacing databased on access, also engaging with 3rd party suppliers.

• Successful delivery of IT/Business projects including estimates, plans, resource management, schedule, scope, requirements, solutions, budget and deliverables.
• Motivation and leadership of team members driving team engagement through the provision of guidance, technical support and coaching of team members.
• Quality Assurance of project deliverables across the project. Ensure all project artefacts are produced in accordance with PMO process and guidelines, including project resource assignments and usage
• Supporting the Senior Project Manager in the allocations of resources across the teams.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholder across business and IT
• Maintaining and communicating interdependencies from their Project within and across the Programme, and contribute to the Portfolio cross dependencies
• Full budget accountability for their projects
• Resource managing your team and supporting resource allocations across teams.
