Not every Project Manager gets to put a £15m super prime London residence on their CV. Even fewer get to do it with a contractor that genuinely knows how to run these jobs properly.

This is an opportunity to join one of London's most respected luxury residential contractors, delivering full refurbishments and high-end fit-outs of some seriously impressive private homes, with project values typically ranging from £5m to £15m.

We're talking one-off properties for UHNW individuals, celebrities and high-profile private clients. The sort of homes where no expense is spared, the attention to detail is on another level, and only a select few contractors are trusted to deliver the work.

They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the reins on two live projects. You'll have dedicated Site Managers overseeing the day-to-day, backed by experienced trades and specialist subcontractors, so you're not expected to be everywhere at once.

You'll report directly to the Construction Director, taking ownership of the bigger picture across both schemes, from programme and quality through to client relationships and overall delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Managing two live super prime residential projects, typically valued between £5m and £15m

*

Overseeing Site Managers, specialist subcontractors and trades to ensure the highest standards of delivery

*

Taking ownership of project programmes, progress reporting, quality and overall coordination

*

Managing relationships with UHNW clients, architects, designers and professional teams

*

Working closely with the Construction Director to keep projects on track and deal with challenges as they arise

*

Ensuring the level of finish and attention to detail meets the expectations of some of London's most demanding private clients

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering high-end or super prime residential projects as a Project Manager

*

Strong background in complex refurbishments and luxury residential fit-outs

*

Experience managing projects of a similar scale and complexity

*

Confident overseeing multiple schemes and managing experienced site teams

*

Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with private clients and professional teams

*

A genuine eye for quality and an understanding of the standards expected at this end of the market
