My client is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead technology and business change initiatives within a complex, regulated environment. This role requires someone who can take ownership of project delivery, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive progress across multiple teams.

Key Requirements

Experience delivering technology, digital, operational, or transformation projects as a Project Manager.
Strong planning, governance, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Confident managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining delivery momentum.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and providing executive-level updates.
Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar delivery methodologies.
Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Desirable Experience

Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated sectors.
Exposure to EPR, PAS or EMR systems, alongside integrations, infrastructure change, or digital transformation programmes.
Understanding of change management, business readiness, and benefits realisation.
