What is the role of Project Manager (Water Treatment/ Integrated Solutions)? Your role is to design the best solution for the combined projects for different clients across the team, and to support and manage projects through their complete lifecycle. What are the day-to-day duties? Support of developing group standards and guidelines through process design of chemical applications related to process equipment, dosing, monitoring and digital solutions for combined projects
Direct preliminary designs from rough sketches, verbal or written descriptions
Direct process and instrumentation drawings
Prepare preliminary estimates, submit these, along with designs, and drawings to the team for presentation to the customer
Support the Sales team with completion of projects
Designs flow charts and schedules to ensure completion dates of segments of the projects.
Inspect projects in progress and participate in start-ups of completed projects to ensure that standards are maintained
Recommend new design systems and materials to be purchased
Source contractors, and secure bids
Support NPI, evaluate process control and instrumentation - this includes suitability, cost, maintainability, reliability, expandability and standards
Train the sales team in UF, RO and EDI technologies.
Coordinate with ES technical support as key point of contact.
Progen, Winflow, Proflex Config
To work as a bridge between CMS and ES in order to advise on the ES portfolio and provide answers aligned with customers´ needs.
Support the validation and qualification calls as well as the sales process
Qualifications
What education and skills will be suited to this role?: Degree in a relevant scientific / engineering discipline
Strong project design and project management experience
Experience or knowledge of the Water Industry and applicable technologies
CAD user, Electrical & Control system background is preferred.
Demonstrated customer focus
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Process improvement skills
Language: English is the common communication language
