Are you an experienced Project Manager from a data centre construction/installation fit out background, after a permanent position offering job security and potential progression?

The company is a well established, growing medium sized specialist installer, with projects nationally. They have in house installation teams but also utilise subcontractors.

Projects will mainly focus on data centre installation projects but may also include working with the food and pharma sectors in interior fit out work including coldrooms and cleanrooms.

This position mainly focuses on installation project delivery and principal contractor management (end users and main contractors).

You will be managing multiple projects at any one time and the role will involve national and international travel.

The Role

1. Permanent, full time position for a well established installation company, including national and possible international travel.
2. Focus on project delivery (on time, within budget) and also managing and satisfying clients expectations
3. Specific tasks include site surveys, producing RAMS, material management, managing direct site staff and subcontractors and site visits.

The Person

1. Academic/working background in construction management
2. Experience of working in a Project Management role within commercial construction
3. Any knowledge of data centre installation (could be as subcontractor)
4. SMSTS and CSCS
5. Willing to travel nationally/internationally with a UK driving licence
