Project Manager/Logistics Manager

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently looking for a Project Manager/Logistics Manager on a full-time, permanent basis located in Loddon.

Main Responsibilities:

* Proven experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, marine, transport, manufacturing, or engineering environments.

* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.

* Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.

* Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

* Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party logistics providers.

* Ability to identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve operational issues efficiently.

* Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control.

* Experience developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and performance.

* Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

* Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday.

* 37.5 hours per week.

* 1 Day WFH option
