Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified (NQ) Projects Solicitor to join their top-tier Projects team. The successful candidate will be working alongside market-leading experts, providing regulatory and commercial legal advice to household name clients. What you'll do:

As a Newly Qualified Projects Solicitor, you will:

• Provide regulatory and commercial legal advice on a variety of projects
• Work closely with the team to tender for innovative and important projects nationwide
• Develop specialist expertise within highly regulated sectors
• Deliver commercial, procurement law, due diligence, and regulatory advice within your specialist sector
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support
• Stay updated with changes in law and regulations that may affect your clients or cases

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Newly Qualified Projects Solicitor role will be:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales as of September 2025
• Interest and prior research in our specialist sectors (Energy, Defence, Sustainable Transport/Infrastructure, or public procurement)
• Experience in transactional/advisory areas of law such as Commercial, Banking & Finance, Corporate (M&A), Construction
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
