Project Officer needed!

* Salary: £18.75ph

* Location: Sandy Park, BS4

* Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

* Till Jan 2027

Purpose of the job

Manage and lead allocated projects within Housing and Landlord Services which set out to deliver landlord objectives and bring about genuine transformation to the repair, maintenance and investment of our homes.

Key job outcomes/accountabilities

* Organise and deliver project works that satisfy the requirements of Housing and Landlord Services objectives.

* Develop, produce and maintain clear and accurate project documentation in a range of formats including (but not limited to) risk logs, process diagrams and progress charts.

* Develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders which enable project outcomes to be delivered.

* Ensure a customer focused and value for money approach in the delivery of all projects.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive procedural documents and training material for use by staff and/or service users through consultation with all stakeholders.

* Organise and attend consultation meetings/ seminars/ working groups with key stakeholders as appropriate.

Requirement - ESSENTIAL

Degree or equivalent qualification in a housing and/or project management related subject and/or relevant experience of working in a housing and/or project management related field.

Knowledge, experience and understanding of the principles of project management and demonstrable project management skills.

Experience in developing, producing and maintaining clear and accurate project documentation in a range of formats including (but not limited to) risk logs, process diagrams and progress charts.

Problem solving, analytical and research skills.
