Your role and responsibilities 

• Support the planning and delivery of projects and programmes that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families across Children's and Young People's Services (CYPS).
• Gather, analyse, and use data, insight, and evidence to inform improvement activity and support effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with colleagues, services, and partner organisations to identify opportunities for early intervention, prevention, and service improvement.
• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of change initiatives, ensuring a clear focus on impact and benefits.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, briefings, risk registers, and evaluation records.
• Build positive working relationships and support effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and partnership networks.

The team 

The Children and Young People's Programmes Team plays a key role in driving improvement and transformation across Children's and Young People's Services at Suffolk County Council. Working closely with operational services and partners, the team delivers projects and programmes that help improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
