A respected and well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy is on the lookout for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Leeds office - someone with the drive and determination to quickly progress into a Senior role.

The Project Quantity Surveyors' role

Joining a growing team of 12 in a recently launched office, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will become part of a collaborative, hands-on environment, where everyone plays a key role in delivering high-quality results across a varied project portfolio.

You'll be exposed to an exciting mix of projects, including student accommodation, private residential and housing association schemes, commercial banks, leisure developments, and heritage / listed buildings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor eager to take the next step in their career, build on a varied project portfolio, and become a future leader within a highly regarded consultancy.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• MRICS or actively working towards
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
• Employers' Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
