A highly regarded Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy, based in Richmond, is looking for a driven and professional Project Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team.

The Project Quantity Surveyors' role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work across a wide-ranging portfolio of exciting projects within the healthcare, leisure, commercial office, and industrial sectors. Recent examples include a £6m casino refurbishment and multiple holiday park developments valued between £1m and £8m.

This role provides strong exposure to full project lifecycles, offering an excellent platform for long-term growth and progression towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or currently working towards
• Varied sector experience is ideal
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
