An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, boutique residential developer based in Bromley. Specialising in high-quality housing and mid-rise developments, our client delivers schemes ranging from 20 to 150 units across London and the South East.

With over 25 years of successful operations in the residential market, they are now seeking a commercially minded QS to oversee projects from pre-construction through to final account. You'll play a key role in cost management, procurement, and contractor liaison across multiple live developments.
