An ambitious and forward-thinking Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham office. With a growing reputation across the UK, this medium-sized consultancy is riding the wave of recent expansion and is now looking to strengthen their team with a driven and career-focused Project Quantity Surveyor.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of a wide variety of projects across the Hospitality, Leisure, High-End Retail, Commercial and Residential sectors. You'll be working closely with the Director, taking the lead on key projects from inception through to completion, while also mentoring junior members of the team as part of your wider role.

This consultancy champions career development and internal progression. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a clear and achievable path to Senior Quantity Surveyor, with potential to reach Associate Director in the not-so-distant future.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or related field)
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
