The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
• MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
• Experience managing projects pre & post contract
• Residential sector experience & interest
• Passion for Real Estate / Property sector
