Responsibilities · Commercial Management & Cost Control Provide project-level quantity surveying support across major water infrastructure schemes, managing costs, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. · NEC Contract Management Support the administration and delivery of NEC contracts, including managing compensation events, variations, payment applications, and change control processes to ensure effective commercial governance. · Procurement & Supply Chain Management Assist with procurement activities, tender evaluations, subcontractor engagement, and commercial negotiations, ensuring packages are delivered efficiently and provide value for money. · Cost Reporting & Project Forecasting Prepare accurate cost reports, financial forecasts, and commercial updates, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and areas requiring mitigation across live projects. · Stakeholder & Project Team Coordination Collaborate with clients, contractors, designers, and project teams to provide commercial advice and support the successful delivery of complex water infrastructure projects, including desalination and water recycling facilities.
