Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme

We're working with a well-established Fire & Security company looking to appoint an experienced Project Sales Engineer to oversee sales and deliver projects across the North West region, including Yorkshire, Lancashire, and Merseyside. Growth plans underway, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of varied and high-value projects while working in a hybrid technical and commercial role.

• Oversee delivery of Fire & Security installation projects from design to completion.
• Handle project quoting, surveying, design coordination, and client liaison.
• Manage approximately 15 live projects at any one time.
• Engage with internal teams (sales, engineers, schedulers) and external stakeholders (sub-contractors, clients).
• Support both new business and account management activity.
• Ensure smooth project scheduling and completion within scope and budget.

• Experience managing Fire & Security projects (Fire systems essential).
• Confident working across survey, quote, design, and project delivery stages.
• Familiar with brands such as Gent, Notifier, Advanced
• Experience working with FM companies and End Users
• Organised, commercially aware, and technically astute.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects across the North West region.

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary.
