We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Project Sales Manager to join a growing planned works sales team in London. You’ll be the go-to expert for kitchen and bathroom installation projects, meeting clients on-site, understanding their dream spaces, and delivering tailored solutions that match their style and budget.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical sales background, especially in domestic property or building environments, who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the buzz of winning business.

Project Sales Manager
Full-time – Permanent

£43,000 - £45,000 + quarterly bonus (OTE £70,000)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Field Based – London

Project Sales Manager

Job Description

Conduct site surveys for planned kitchen and bathroom projects.
Engage with clients to bring their dream designs to life.
Convert opportunities into closed sales and manage your sales pipeline.
Liaise with estimating and internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.
Maintain relationships with high-profile clients and align with their needs.
Report pipeline updates and sales forecasts regularly.
Provide insights on pricing and competitor activity to influence strategy.
Project manage larger works when needed.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

Proven experience in technical sales or field-based roles.
Knowledge of kitchens and bathrooms in a residential or building context.
Commercial mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
