£40,000 - £60,000 basic salary + OTE £70,000

We're looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our team in Cambridge, working on exciting new home developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with new build experience to take their career to the next level.

The Role: As Project Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales across our new home developments in Cambridge. You'll manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion, working with customers to find their perfect new home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales for new home developments from launch to completion
• Conduct site tours and sales presentations
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the buying process
• Negotiate sales and manage reservations
• Work closely with construction teams and management
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in new home sales (essential)
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work on-site in Cambridge
