Project Scheduler

Here at LivGreen we are a specialist Retrofit Contractor which provides a one-stop-shop for social and private landlords in delivering high quality retrofit projects. We prioritise teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As part of our growth, we are now looking for an Operations Scheduler to come in and support the delivery team. This role will be based in our North Bristol Office and we operate full-time in the office.

Salary & Benefits

• £27,000 salary

What you will be doing:

• Co-ordination of schedules for our Surveyors and Installers and booking of appointments.
• First point of contact for emails, office visitors and calls (Including deliveries and postal duties).
• Responding to correspondence on behalf of other team members.
• Processing orders including data entry and paperwork.
• Working closely within a team to help deliver a project.
• Booking in appointments with clients/residents.

What we are looking for:

• Administration/Customer Service experience. (Essential)
• Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
• Excellent organisational/Co-ordination skills
• Attention to detail
• A good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
• Able to work well within a team
