• Assisting project managers with planning, coordination, and tracking of project activities
• Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitoring progress and flagging potential risks or delays
• Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
• Updating project logs and systems to ensure accurate records
• Providing general administrative support to the project team
