Salary: Up to £30k (DOE) Annual Discretionary Bonus + Pension

Based in Stockport, we are a specialist in the design and build of inspection and simulation machines. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Support Administrator to join our team in a high impact, evolving role. This role will involve some project support, QC and warehouse administration and would very much suit someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is prepared to make this role their own.
The role:
Support the Operations team with all project administration tasks to ensure the requirements of our customers and company are met Managing project quality documentation, inspection records, material certification and final handover documentation in line with client and project requirements Work closely with other departments and suppliers to ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, traceable, and delivered within project timelines. Manage project quality documentation and submission schedules Manage document control, revisions, and client submissions Support audits, NCR closure, and compliance activities Assist with QC reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Warehouse Administration support – including goods in and goods out (small warehouse function) Placing orders for supplies and monitoring delivery timescales to ensure goods arrive in a timely manner and don’t delay assembly/shipping of goods Maintaining accurate records of deliveries. Compliant with regulations and quality standards. Dealing with Customer Care regarding priorities and answering queries Communicating and collaborating with other departments to optimize logistics processes. A willing attitude to assist in other areas of the business if required Must be eligible to work in the UK as visa sponsorship cannot be provided. The Person:
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience preparing quality/project documentation within an engineering or manufacturing environment Understanding of the warehouse function Good document control and organisational skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills ISO 9001 knowledge Internal and external audit experience IT Literate (Microsoft Office) A desire to learn and become a dependable and valued member of the team The package
Circa £30k salary dependant on experience Christmas closure – normally 4 days. 20 days holiday. Remote working. Company Pension. Yearly salary review. Flexible start and finish time Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
