Project Support Coordinator

Astute's Power team is partnering with a successful and leading Civil contractor to recruit a Project Support Coordinator for its Cheshire site.

The Project Support Coordinator role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) basis and comes with a salary of £28,000 starting in August 2026.

Responsibilities and duties

Management and approval of timesheets to provide weekly Payroll submission utilising Chime.
Submission of PAYE new starter information to Human Resources to comply with legal, health & safety requirements and data protection.
Tracking and reporting starters, leavers, operative transfers & annual leave ensuring all relevant departments are fully updated.
Processing of hires, off hires, purchases, operated hire, repairs and exchanges in supporting the project's needs using COINS and Autodesk software.
Raising material requisitions on COINS as and when required by the site team, receipting of goods delivered via COINS & updating Autodesk.
Actioning weekly unmatched invoice reports and managing all delivery queries.
Maintaining stationery levels and ordering consumables through COINS and Construction Marketplace.
Ad-hoc administration duties for the Project Team such as but not limited to bookings for accommodation, travel, arranging meetings and catering for events.
Candidates must come from a construction background or have worked in a construction environment before.
If not local, must be able to drive and get to site efficiently each day.
Payroll experience is advantageous however training will be provided.
