Job Title: Project Support Officer

Job Purpose

Support the delivery of digital projects and service improvements within 24/7 Services, ensuring successful implementation of systems, processes, and performance improvements that meet service and Council objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of digital and service improvement projects.
  


• Work with stakeholders to implement change and improve services.
  


• Analyse performance data and produce reports.
  


• Identify trends and recommend service improvements.
  


• Support business planning, process improvement, and performance management activities.
  


• Communicate project updates and proposed changes to stakeholders.
  

Essential Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  

Essential Experience

• Experience supporting projects, change programmes, or service improvement initiatives.
  


• Experience analysing data and producing reports.
  


• Experience working with a range of stakeholders.
  


• Experience identifying and implementing service improvements.
  

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  


• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  


• Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
  


• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Additional Information

·         Pay Rate: £24.56 per hour

·         Hours: 37 hours per week

·         Location: County Hall, Cardiff

·         Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

·         Closing Date: 19 June

·         Casual Car User Allowance

·         Occasional out-of-hours working may be required.

·         We operate on a bi-weekly payment schedule.

·         Closing date: asap – early applications are encouraged.
