Temporary Project Support Officer - immediate temporary requirement

£14.00- £17.00 per hour inc hol
3-month temporary contract

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Support Officer to provide temporary support within a busy programme and project environment.

Working alongside Project and Programme Managers, you will help keep a number of projects on track, ensuring actions, documentation, meetings and reporting are effectively coordinated.

The role will include:

Providing day-to-day project and programme administration support
Coordinating meetings, actions and project documentation
Collating information for project and programme reporting
Monitoring actions and deadlines, chasing updates where required
Maintaining accurate project records and document control
Supporting the preparation of meeting/board papers
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
Identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and proactively following these upThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous project, programme or PMO support / administration experience
Public sector experience would be an advantage
Experience of document management and/or SharePoint
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Good Microsoft Office skillsThis is an urgent temporary requirement, so candidates should be available to start at short notice.
