Project Associate -Defence Engineering- Bristol- up to £45,000

Copello have partnered with an up and coming Defence company to find their next Project Support hire. The company are currently experiencing rapid growth and this is the chance to be a part of that!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project delivery, working alongside multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support project planning, governance, reporting, and documentation.

* Track programme progress against cost, schedule, and risk.

* Coordinate activities across engineering, commercial, finance, and support teams.

* Maintain risk, issue, and action registers.

* Organise meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.

* Support supplier management and contract administration.

About You

* Experience supporting projects or programmes in Defence, government, or a regulated environment.

* Experience with Primavera P6.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and reporting.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

* Able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

* Experience within DE&S or the MOD environment.

* Understanding of Defence acquisition processes.

* Security clearance or the ability to obtain it.
