Manage project costs effectively, ensuring budgets are adhered to and value for money is achieved.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and cost reports.

Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Provide cost analysis and risk management support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Assist in resolving disputes and negotiating final accounts with stakeholders.Profile

A successful Project Surveyor should have:

A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost management within the property or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
