Project System Engineer

Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career? We're looking for a dynamic Project System Engineer (PSE) to join our Front End Delivery team. This role is a gateway to Engineering Management, perfect for those with a background in Lead Engineering Roles.
What You'll Do:
As a PSE, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers to deliver a range of asset care projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership:

Form, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
Client Collaboration:

Identify and agree on project requirements with clients.
Strategic Decision Making:

Lead the decision-making process to guide project direction.
Project Delivery:

Establish and manage delivery routes for project scope.

Qualifications

Essential Experience & Qualifications:
Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated success in engineering delivery and leadership.
Engineering Design Experience:

️ Significant experience in engineering design environments.
Regulated Systems Experience:

️ Recent experience in regulated, quality-assured systems (preferably nuclear).
Educational Qualifications:

Higher Education Qualification in Engineering (HNC minimum, MEng preferred).
Professional Membership:

Membership in an appropriate Engineering or Scientific Institution (Incorporated Engineer minimum, Chartered Engineer preferred).
Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
Industry Regulations Knowledge:

Familiarity with nuclear industry regulations (or equivalent).
Technological Readiness:

Experience in Technological Readiness Levels and technology development plans.
Requirements Management:

️ Knowledge of Requirements Management/System Engineering.
Certifications:

INCOSE ASEP / CSEP certification.
