Job Description - Projects Administrator

The UK's leading manufacturer of world-renowned architectural and landscape construction products is seeking a Projects Administrator/ Sales Administrator to support their project management team based in North West Northamptonshire.

BASIC SALARY: £25,000 - £27,500 per annum

BENEFITS:
· 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
· Quarterly bonus equivalent to £1,440 per annum
· Profit share
· Early finish on a Friday
· Hybrid working available

LOCATION: North West Northamptonshire

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Northampton, Daventry, Rugby, Market Harborough, Kettering.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Projects Administrator, Sales Administrator - Construction, Architectural, Building Projects

Based at our beautiful Grade II listed head office in the North West of Northamptonshire, you will be working alongside our team of Project Managers in our building and construction department. A varied and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for the general day to day administrative duties. Reporting to the Building and Construction Manager, you will be the first port of call for our valued clients via email, telephone or online.

Your main responsibilities will be:
· Following up on quotes via telephone within the designated timescales
· Maintaining the customer database within the CRM system
· Supporting the project managers with administrative tasks
· Answering enquiries

PERSON REQUIREMENTS: Projects Administrator, Sales Administrator - Construction, Architectural, Building Projects

As our Projects Administrator / Sales Administrator you will be confident in your communication style with the ability to build rapport with team members and customers, collaborating with the team continuously to deliver projects successfully and keeping clients updated throughout. You will be highly organised with a professional phone manner and the ability to handle calls efficiently and effectively.

You will also be:
· Confident with excellent attention to detail and able to work within set timescales
· Competent with IT systems including the full Microsoft Office Suite (basic Excel skills)
· An experienced administrator; able to multitask and handle a variety of admin functions
· A personable and enthusiastic team player

PROSPECTS:

Full training on all products and systems will be provided. The opportunity to progress into a Project Managers role will be available if desired, with the opportunity to undertake further training and qualifications.
