Job Description - Projects Administrator

Job Title: Projects Administrator

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Projects Team Administrator to support our dynamic project management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of project activities and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring it is correctly tagged on the CRM and allocated to the right purchase order.
  • Managing the stock room - keeping stock labelled correctly and room organised
  • Creating customer agreements post project install
  • Handling cancellation orders
  • Running some small one-off orders such as broadband provisioning
  • CRM and systems admin
  • Other admin duties assisting the projects team managers

About you:

Skills/Experience:

  • Microsoft office including Excel - knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions
  • Previous use of CRM software
  • Stock management
