Project/Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site/Project Manager to join one of our well-established clients in Gatwick.

Our client is a leading UK construction company specialising in groundworks, civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Manage project documentation, reporting and progress updates.
Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme objectives.
Oversee labour, materials and plant requirements.
Drive high standards of workmanship and operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Site Manager or Project Manager within groundworks, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Proven track record delivering projects safely and successfully.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
CSCS Management Card (Essential)
SMSTS (Essential)
First Aid at Work
Fire Marshal Certification
Full UK Drivers License (Essential)
