Promotional Sales Coordinator

We work with nationally recognized renewable energy companies in the local South Jersey area. Through our partnerships, we have been able to help grow the business of our clients while growing our own as well. We offer the unique opportunity to every one of our Promotional Sales Coordinators to receive in-house training starting at ground level and extending through their career with us. We are looking to fill a full-time permanent Promotional Sales Coordinator role as soon as possible! 

What does it take to handle customer questions and concerns? Courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge. The goal for our Promotional Sales Coordinator team? Help customers and provide them with the individualized solutions. We’ll get you started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On our Promotional Sales Coordinator team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience – from setting up new accounts to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services. 

As our Promotional Sales Coordinator, you will learn:

• Problem-solving all arising customer questions regarding available renewable energy products and services
• Completing the full sales cycle and assisting in closing new clients 
• Generating new leads for our sales team through personalized presentations for homeowners
• Communicating efficiently with customers and clients to achieve a common goal
• Driving brand recondition alongside fellow Promotional Sales Coordinators and bringing a client brand story to life
• Organizing and inputting customer information and appointment specifics for the sales team

Requirements of the Promotional Sales Coordinator:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is not a requirement but is a plus
• 0-1 years of experience working in promotions, sales, or customer service
• Eager to take on new tasks and learn new skills in an evolving industry 
• Must be passionate about working with others 
• Reliable transportation
• Proven ability to present in front of others and gain people's attention
